When will the 2027 events calendar be announced?

The full 2027 program will be revealed in December this year. Those who have registered for Founding Membership will be the first to hear about new events and how to book them.

Are events included with membership?

The calendar will feature a mix of complimentary member events alongside events, experiences and tours that can be booked at additional cost. Members will have the freedom to take part as often as they choose.

Do I need to own a particular type of car?

No. Whether you own an interesting car or are simply passionate about the culture, the Goodwood Road Racing Club of America welcomes you - all that's required is a shared love of motoring. While some events may have specific vehicle requirements, many experiences are designed to be enjoyed regardless of what you yourself choose to drive.

Where will events take place?

Membership activity will center on California and Nevada to begin with, alongside a range of additional events across the wider country. Members will also have access to a selection of European and international GRRC events and experiences. Over time, the program will broaden across the continental United States, spanning renowned circuits, scenic driving routes, automotive destinations and major motoring events.

Do I need track driving experience?

Not at all. Track driving is just one part of what membership offers, alongside touring, social and behind-the-scenes experiences that don't require any driving skill at all. For the track-based events, the calendar includes options suitable for a range of abilities, from first-time participants to experienced drivers, with any skill or licensing requirements clearly communicated in advance.

How do I book events?

Once the program is launched, members will be able to browse the calendar and booking details will be provided for each experience.

The Spirit of Goodwood, Now in America

Since 1998, Goodwood Road Racing Club members in the UK have enjoyed a curated calendar of exceptional experiences. In recent years, that's included everything from pre-race pitlane access at the Daytona 500 and luxury adventures through the Sahara, to behind-the-scenes visits at the McLaren Technology Centre and track days at some of Europe's most iconic circuits, including Silverstone and Spa Francorchamps. There are the simpler pleasures, too - a Sunday morning Breakfast Club meet, or a weekend drive with friends closer to home.

The Members' Meeting - the membership’s annual flagship event run exclusively for Club members - has created countless memorable moments over the years.

Now, that same passion, camaraderie and spirit of adventure is coming to America, bringing together Goodwood's racing heritage and the rich automotive and motorsport culture of the United States

Experiences for Every Enthusiast

On the Track

Take to the track to discover driving at its most exhilarating, and follow in the tire tracks of motorsport royalty at some of the greatest circuits in America and beyond. The Club chooses the circuits and coordinates every detail, so that you’re free to enjoy your very own racing moment on track with fellow members. The program will include friendly timed sessions, such as autocross events and other circuit activities where you can push yourself - and your car - to the limit.

You’ll also be invited for exclusive previews of the racing action at test sessions for Goodwood’s headline event at Willow Springs in 2028, watching household names like Jenson Button, the Franchitti brothers and Jimmie Johnson fine-tune their cars out on the circuit.

On the Road

America is all about the open road; Route 66 is written into the country's DNA. The Goodwood Road Racing Club of America honours that tradition by taking some of the finest motoring moments beyond the circuit for the ultimate road experience.

Join fellow members on curated drives along the USA's most spectacular roads and landscapes, from winding canyon tracks to desert stretches. Every route will be scouted firsthand, to ensure the journey is as memorable as the destination.

Trips will include:
- One-day drives along the roads only locals know, complete with the food stops, unmissable viewpoints and hidden treasures selected with you in mind.
- Multi-day touring adventures across America's most legendary routes, from the Pacific Coast Highway to the Rocky Mountains.
- International touring adventures across some of the world's finest driving regions, ranging from the Swiss Alps to the Scottish Highlands.
- Fly-and-drive experiences: fly to a special destination and meet the car carefully chosen by the Club to suit the route. Think classic Alfa Romeos through Tuscany, or Land Cruisers crossing the Sahara.

Willow Springs Raceway

In Fall 2028, join the Goodwood Road Racing Club of America at the legendary Willow Springs International Raceway for Goodwood's first ever headline event outside the UK.

Membership will be the only way to guarantee access to this landmark occasion, bringing enthusiasts together in an unforgettable celebration of automotive and motorsport culture at one of the country's most demanding circuits. UK Headline Events

Membership provides opportunities to experience Goodwood's renowned UK events first-hand, as part of a connected transatlantic community. Every April, GRRC members are invited to the Members' Meeting - the flagship event exclusively open to members. July brings the Festival of Speed, and September, the Goodwood Revival, each carrying its own set of privileges reserved for members alone. Wherever in the world they call home, Club membership brings them a little closer to Goodwood.
